Our condominium association is a 55+ condo community in Bradenton, Florida.  It is comprised of 246 residential units in 18 2-story buildings built in 1977.  Unit 2 (to the north) does not belong to Unit 1.  Sales of condominiums must be approved by the association.  There is a limit to the number of condominium units (2) that may be owned by any one individual.   

There is a heated pool, clubhouse, laundry facilities, shuffleboard and several grills and picnic tables in various areas in the complex.  Burgundy is close to public transportation and shopping.  About ten miles to the beach and 15-20 minutes to the airport and Sarasota.
